Loma Vista Lofts is a 212-unit multifamily development currently under construction comprising 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units in a variety of layout offerings. The property features a family-oriented mix of lifestyle amenities, including multiple outdoor entertaining areas, playgrounds, a welcoming lounge and community kitchen/dining space, a fitness room, and an indoor children's play space. Services provided include: spatial programming and analysis, finish palette development, residence unit typical design, FF&E standard development, FF&E estimating and RFP management, and drawing coordination. Astoria Park is an existing low-income housing property featuring 2 and 3 bedroom townhomes and a freestanding community center building, all undergoing renovations to modernize the facilities and create a comfortable, inviting living experience for residents. Renderings showcase existing architectural elements remaining and a fresh, warm interior styling. Services provided include: amenity spatial programming and analysis, finish palette development, FF&E standard development, FF&E estimating and RFP management, interior renderings, and drawing coordination.

Lofts at Creekview
San Antonio, TX

Lofts at Creekview is a new construction, 301-unit multifamily property in the San Antonio, TX area set to deliver late 2025. This community features an exciting, unique blend of high-impact amenity spaces including three large group lounge spaces, a fitness center, a movie theater, a billiards + bar space, a pet grooming center, and more. Services provided included: spatial programming and analysis, finish palette development, residence unit typical design, FF&E standard development, FF&E estimating and RFP management, interior renderings, and drawing coordination.

Overland Park, KS

A multifamily financial firm was moving to a new office space with dated existing finishes. Purpose Design provided turnkey design services between the client and the tenant improvement team (building management and brokerage) prior to the client's occupancy, to update key wall finishes in coordination with existing materials in the space. A critical part of this project was identifying a color palette for the space that also informed their new digital branding and marketing identity. The end result was a palette of finishes that told the company story while also presenting feelings of trust, heritage, and strength to visiting clients of the firm.
